Brief introduction of equipment

AR350Automatic Round Box Wrapping Machine is suitable for mass production of various drum type products. Such as high-end gift buckets, tea buckets, cosmetics boxes, and so on. A wider range to meet the needs of the modern packaging market.

This machine utilizes a bus PLC, servo control system, and a human-machine interface system to facilitate automatic paper feeding via Feida, automatic correction of the cover paper by a robotic arm, and employs double glue with an automatic gluing system and glue circulation system. The cover paper is conveyed to the gluing roller via a conveyor belt, followed by the color mark positioning system transmitting precise coordinate instructions to the robotic arm for secondary correction and gluing. The servo system precisely positions the paper, and rotates it to align with the round box. Once the product is fully glued, it undergoes hot pressing, while the bottom and mouth edges of the round box are neatly folded by a folding mechanism. Subsequently, the product is manually removed, and a new round box is placed. The production process continues sequentially. This machine features intelligent adjustment, saving time when changing to different sizes. A single operator can manage the entire machine for normal operation.
